Semester One – September 19 – December 21, 2016
Melville Community Works, 800 Prince Edward Street

 

Melville Acting & Collective Creation A (For early to middle elementary ages)
Thursdays, 4:00-5:00pm | Technique Class
Melville Acting & Collective Creation B (For early to upper elementary ages)
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm | Technique Class
Melville Acting & Collective Creation C (For junior high to high school ages)
Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30pm | Technique Class
A combination of developing characters and acting skills in partnerships with creating scenes in large groups with Improvisation. Prerequisite for Melville Play Production.
Melville Individual Studio Drama (All ages)
Times booked individually | Performance-Based Class
The “one on one” exploration (or “one on two” exploration if booked as a duologue class) of acting where students develop a monologue or solo scene. Spaces are booked in weekly half hour time slots. Contact the studio for available spots. STUDENTS PERFORM IN THE FREE MY MUSE MONOLOGUE SHOWCASE IN YORKTON!
Melville Play Production
Tuesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm & Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm | Performance-Based Class
“Puss ‘n Boots: The Western”
Ages 7-18
Students in Melville Play Production are required to also register in a Technique class.
2 Mandatory Rehearsal Days (Classes) per week
Additional weekend rehearsals will be added
Performance: February 10, 2018
Play production is a collectively created and produced Large Scale Youth Play Production. Additional rental fees will be part of the production.
